kinnon.com.au accepts credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and PayPal transactions. Your bank, credit card and personal payment details are never shared. Please note, all invoices and payments will be processed via Kinnon's parent company Hallow Brands Pty Ltd.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Changed your mind?
That’s OK – we offer 30 day returns on all items, other than those which have been personalised/monogrammed. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you will be returning your item, and so long as it arrives back in its original packaging and exactly the same condition as it was when we shipped it to you, we will offer a full refund. Please note, the return postage will be at your expense. Please also ensure you receive a tracking number for your return parcel so that it can be traced. If we do not receive it, we cannot refund it.
Unhappy with the quality of an item?
We are passionate about delivering our customers high quality products and offer a two year warranty on all items. If any product, including those which have been monogrammed/personalised, is faulty in some way, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. A replacement item will be issued and all postage fees covered by us. If you would prefer, we will promptly refund your purchase price. For more details on our warranty policy, click here.
